Administrators – Central & South Bucks

Salary: £8.80 per hour

Base: Saunderton, HP14 4BF

Hours: 15 hours per week, across 3 – 5 days


Efficient, organised and full of common sense?

We are looking for an Administrator to support our busy operational teams.

Working closely with the office team you will focus on recruitment and staff administration, including updating staff records, reviewing job adverts, arranging training and carrying out a variety of general administration duties. You will also be the first point of contact for incoming telephone enquiries, routing calls to the most appropriate manager.

Every day will be different – from working with a manager to arrange care worker training, updating our records or dealing with job adverts, to just helping the office run smoothly.

You will be part of a small, supportive office team who cover each other’s work where necessary, but you have responsibility for your own workload and tasks – making sure you prioritise and complete urgent tasks on time. You will be an integral part of your team, and will contribute to the success of the office.
