Care Support Worker
Care Support Worker (CSW) is someone who is reliable, enthusiastic and wants to make a difference to vulnerable or disabled people. Our Care Support Workers have great interpersonal skills and are comfortable in carrying out personal care for people of different ages, disabilities, and from different backgrounds and religions. Our CSWs are the engine of our organisation.

You can come to us already trained, or with no previous experience, and we will ensure that you gain the skills you need for this role.

Live in Care Support Worker
Our Live in Care Support Workers require individuals who are prepared to live in with our clients and support them in the way they wish to live their lives. A Live in Care Support Worker will help clients with everyday tasks, befriend them and take them out on trips.

Senior Care Practitioners
A Senior Care Practitioner is someone who has similar skills to a Care Support Worker (CSW) but who is also capable of undertaking client reviews and assessments. Experienced CSWs are usually promoted into these roles, especially those who want to start working towards being a Locality Manager, or who want to use some administrative skills. ICT skills are crucial for this role.

Locality Manager
Our Locality Managers are are a step up from the Senior Care Practitioner and this role is for people who have a history of care work but who want to manage Care Support Workers, organise rosters and liaise with clients. Our Locality Managers are expected to have excellent ICT and organisational skills.

Office Administrators / HR Administrators
Our administrators are an essential part of our team – a good administrator helps all the cogs run smoothly so people can focus on their own jobs.

Area Manager/Registered Manager
Our Area Managers are experienced in health or social care and look after our Locality Managers. The role involves working with our Chief Executive, improving and increasing our services and supporting the staff in the field. We like to have fresh ideas about how to build and develop our charity. Area Managers are also the Registered Manager with the Care Quality Commission.

Voluntary Roles
We are always interested in hearing from volunteers with basic office skills who would like to develop these further by volunteering at one of our offices. Alternatively you could help out at our In Tune singing group.

Finance Roles
Our Finance Manager is responsible for advising our CEO, and the Board of Trustees on all issues relating to the finances of the charity. The Finance Manager manages our Finance Assistants, who support him in managing invoicing, payroll and many other financial aspects of running a charity.

Chief Executive Officer
Our Chief Executive is responsible for the running and management of the charity. She manages the Area Managers and Finance Manager and reports to the Board of Trustees.
